Continue with proWho is eligible to apply?
Maestro has an open admission policy—we welcome driven learners from all backgrounds, with no entrance exams. Current accreditation regulations require applicants to hold a high school diploma (or equivalent), but we're actively working to remove systemic barriers and expand access even further.
We believe the only things that should matter are your motivation and persistence. To maintain your Pro scholarship and earn your degree, you'll need to meet ongoing academic milestones and keep moving forward in your learning.
Is it really free?
Yes. Maestro was built to make world-class education free and accessible to everyone. Our Pro plan offers accredited degrees at no cost through Last Dollar Scholarships — which cover all remaining tuition after any eligible federal or state aid is applied. While scholarships are limited, we're expanding access as quickly as possible. For anyone not yet enrolled in Pro, our Open plan—launching soon—provides a free way to start learning.
How is Maestro funded?
We partner with governments, companies, and institutions to cover the costs, ensuring that admission is based on talent, not financial background.
What's the cost of attendance for the 2025–2026 academic year?
Cost of Attendance (COA) is a yearly estimate of total education-related expenses, including tuition, housing, food, and personal costs. It's not a bill, but a standard figure used to assess financial aid.
At Maestro, most students receive full tuition coverage, with many paying little or nothing out of pocket.
Expense: | Independent: | Dependent: |
|---|---|---|
Tuition | $16,611 | $16,611 |
Room and board | $13,090 | $10,842 |
